COVID-19: European Commission presents practical advice to ensure continuous flow of goods across EU

In a bid to keep freight moving across the EU during the current COVID-19 pandemic, the European Commission today issued new practical guidance on how to implement its Guidelines for border management. The Commission stresses that all EU internal borders should stay open to freight.
