Supporting the Professional Driver World Championship (PDWC 2026)
Eppelheim by Heidelberg, Germany – 9–12 September 2026
The UICR is seeking a small number of committed volunteers to assist us in key areas of preparation for the 33rd Professional Driver World Championship. This global non-profit initiative brings together professional drivers from all continents, promoting road safety, environmental responsibility, skills excellence, and international friendship.
As we scale our communication and sponsorship activities for PDWC 2026, we are inviting individuals who would like to contribute their time and expertise to a recognised international organisation.
We Are Looking for Volunteers With Skills In:
1. Sponsorship Research & Outreach
- Identifying potential sponsors in transport, logistics, technology, sustainability, and mobility
- Preparing outreach lists
- Supporting the drafting of sponsorship proposals
- General partner relations support
2. Social Media & Communications
- Preparing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and website updates
- Scheduling posts and supporting engagement
- Creating visuals, captions, and short updates
- Helping build a global online presence for the PDWC
3. Web Design / WordPress Support
- Assisting with updates on UICR.org and PDWC.uicr.org
- Supporting visual and structural improvements (Blocksy/WordPress)
- Helping maintain clarity, navigation, and user experience

Time Commitment
Flexible and remote.
A few hours per week is sufficient, depending on the role and your availability.
