In order to become a World Champion, various tasks in theoretical, practical and economic driving have to be solved with as few errors as possible. The aim of the Professional Driver World Championship is the training of professional drivers in knowledge, safety, skill plus economic driving.

The UICR believes that trained drivers have better opportunities in professional life and improve general road safety significantly. To participate at the UICR Professional Driver World Championship a driver must compete and qualify in the National Professional Driver Championships of each UICR Member Country.

Croatia has been chosen by the UICR to host the upcoming 2021 UICR Professional Driver Championship.

In Zagreb in August 2022
