The European Professional Drivers Association (EPDA) are pleased to announce that the Irish Minister of State at the Department of Transport, Minister Jack Chambers, will be the keynote speaker at the EPDA hosted International FitDrive workshop on the 17th of April in Dublin. The event will be attended by speakers from Italian, Swedish and Spanish Universities along with technology companies from Turkey, Austria and enforcement agencies from Ireland.
It is very encouraging to see that work of the EPDA is recognised as making a positive contribution to the safety of our roads and to the wellbeing professional drivers. The mission statement of the EPDA ‘To Promote and Support a Professional Driving Culture’ is a clear statement of the aim of the EPDA. The Association is celebrating twenty years in 2024 and is now at the forefront of representing the role of todays professional driver.
